H-man,

Even funnier yet, is the fact that California is *losing* about 14
million a day right now *selling* energy contracts that those
consultants bought. This is because its been so cool that the
energy surge expected has not materialized and the state is
selling the contracts at a loss. Here in Santa Barbara, its noon
and about 68 degrees outside...
