Just suppose, That you had a passive detection / gross point targeting system deployed for testing. If you used it in this test, every Chinese and Russian engineer would know you have it and that it works. That is unless you put something in it to account for the gross point targeting success. If such were the case the Russians would be belly laughing, “Stupid Americans, using GPS for missile test”. Meanwhile the American engineers engage in a round of high fives saying “they bought it”. Just a thought.
