Bill, why is a defense always negative? As I hear you, you believe the company has irregularities that merit investigation and a short position is warranted. I won't argue with you on AREM and don't really care. But if it was a legitimate company with nothing really wrong, why would it not mount a defense against such a fierce attack? Do you encourage a woman being raped to not resist or it proves she really wants it? CNBC is discussing it and you may be right. Anyone catch the whole topic? I saw just the end.
