You're already giving your tax breaks away to the energy companies. There was no tax break just a huge swindle.

Want proof? Back in early summer 2000 I could not find one energy industry report predicting low supplies or price hikes. Once CHeney was in though they went through the roof so much Clinton had to release strategic supplies. Clinton too was hoodwinked. The price spikes kept getting worse and worse until Jeffords switched parties. Then it gradually went away. And now supply is fine. So fine Bush wants to get OPEC to cut production again. Just like he got them to do in December. When I say "he" it's really the energy CEO's behind Bush, including Cheney. They had the power, the motive and no one to stop them. They did it.
