Bingo Horgad, You just nailed it.One of the head lines in the Albuquerque Journal this morning says the Government is borrowing 51 billion instead of paying off 57 bil in debts.. Of the 108 bil difference, 38 will be used to finance the rebate. 28 bil is for putting off corporate tax payments due in Sept. until Oct. What a scam. That's why the new Ford Explorer is $38,500. When will they start teaching economics in public school? Dave
