Aus and thread - I bought a Panasonic 3CCD MiniDV camcorder. It has a Leica lens and an SD/MMC card for stills. I think it has the equivalent of 1.8M Pixels but they are split and one third each is used to collect red, green and yellow. I tried a nice shot of a red rose in my late aunts garden and it looks quite good but maybe I'm not epxert enough to analyse the sharpness and color. I guess I should have a photo site or other means to share my photos. Any ideas. Best regards, L
