Neil E. Rogen

Neil Rogen has more than 40 years of experience in the startup and funding of natural resource and materials technology companies. During his career, he has been a founder and served as President of four publicly-traded high-tech companies. He was also a founder and director of the Town Bank & Trust Company, a commercial bank in Massachusetts.

Mr. Rogen received a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York, and an M.S. in Metallurgy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also received his advanced engineering degree of Metallurgical Engineer (MTE) from MIT in conjunction with a minor in business from the Sloan School of Management. During the 1960's, Mr. Rogen was elected a Fellow of the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, London University and served as a consultant to the British government.

Mr. Rogen holds more than 30 U.S. and foreign patents, and has extensively presented and published papers in the materials sciences.

Ole A. Sandven, Sc. D.

Ole Sandven received a Doctor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; he also holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the Norwegian Technical University.

During the course of a long and distinguished career in the fields of material science and metallurgy, Mr. Sandven has published numerous technical papers and has received several patents for metallurgical processes. His professional experience includes: Principal Materials Scientist for the Norwegian Defense Research Institute, Director of Physical Metallurgy for Inkon Corp., and Chief Metallurgist for the Avco Everett Research Laboratory.
