I wouldn't be terribly surprised, like I've said before, the only way Rambus is going to collect money is from SDRAM and DDR SDRAM. But that ruling hasn't happened yet, and even if it is, there are still quite a few hurdles left to cross: (0) Markman ruling eliminated infringement. (1) DDR is compatible with SDRAM, so there may be coverage there. (2) Court could set royalty rate at very low levels. -- Carl
