If I have mischaracterized your post, please correct me. I'm decent enough to admit when I'm wrong. You characterized your post as calling Karen on being a closet liberal. Message 16151540 I characterized your post as calling Karen a liar. Message 16151499 Now let's look at the actual posts in question. Karen wrote "I agree with [Steven] on everything except Ingatius Reilly( but then I haven't read the book" You responded ""( but then I haven't read the book <g>). And we both know that you are not that naive. She wrote back "How naive is that? I haven't read the book so I have no way of knowing if there's any similarity between you and this character or not." To which you replied ""I have no way of knowing if ...." if it was personal, pointed and intended as an insult as the title implies...hmmm well, I have to call BS on you. Course I have know way of "KNOWING" for sure. So, its just IMO. Now, I take that not as calling her on being a closet leftie, but calling her on telling the truth about knowing who the Ignatius character is, or maybe on not having read the book. So, you can clear this up. Did your or did you not express skepticism about Karen't statement that she didn't know who Ignatius was? When you said you had no way of KNOWING, what were you referring to?
