Win, thanks for the link, I get the picture now.

It was intended to be a joke but others might have thought it was a real ABA article and took it seriously.

To me it seems kidna obvious that ABA article wouldn't use this type of langeage:
"The lucky lawyers, winners in the "shark-like" competition for representing the soon to be victorious
memory manufacturers,

But anyway, thanks for the link, that clears my question.
