Productivity is the basis for everything. If we cannot measure it, or choose to measure it in a way that creates a grossly distorted picture, we have a very serious problem. But your notes focus more on your feelings than on PRECISELY HOW the measuring system is flawed. If you can get a grip on your emotions, tell us the precise problem. I am truly interested in that. TIA
