John
remember that Paul was an intel exec at one point and the definition of "illegal" is something that you can not hide for him.

Re: " It doesn't seem to bother you that what Intel did -- offer P4's do DELL for $100 ONLY IF they cancelled an AMD order -- is ILLEGAL, does it?"

Intel didn't offer to sell P4's to Dell for $100 if they canceled an AMD order.

First, that assumes AMD already had an order from DELL.

Do you think Mad Man Sanders would let one half of a pico-second go buy without issuing a PRESS RELEASE that DELL had just ordered CPUs from AMD?

Exactly - Crack Pot Sanders would be on CNBC telling the world what a hero he was to get this order.

Ergo - THERE WAS NO ORDER - pure and simple.

Do you also believe that Intel was responsible for bribing the Chicago White Sox to throw the 1919 World Series?
