We need him for a prop in 2002. He's perfect: The wild-eyed screaming liberal who fits right in with the vermin of Seattle, Quebec, Genoa, and (by then) a few others. By 2004 the people of S. Dakota (both of them) will be lined up at the polls, just to be able to say "I helped throw Puff out.".
