Unfortunately, the out and out scams I'm aware of are in the latter stages of puking their guts out, e.g., SLPH and AREM. I'm sure your aware of REFR. This one smacks of fraud but it's crowded and has defied every attempt to bring it down. XMSR looks good going into their Sept. roll-out. Hoping for one more pump to sell into. biz.yahoo.com With the lackluster VZ earnings and sector downgrade from Pru, I think there's a shorting opportunity there. One in particular has an enormous amount of stock coming free next month. Generally speaking, I'm heavy cash right now. I suspect I will be selling into the rally associated with the August Fed meeting. The only longs I have are in my 401K. I think this market is sick and getting sicker.
