Well, I personally think it is a good idea -- it sort of allows the markets to work more efficiently without a big government bureaucracy.

I do take exception to the characterization of the plan as being "Clintonesque". This is, in my mind, a blatant attempt to give credit to Clinton for an idea that was clearly never on the table before Bush.

It is interesting to me that you see these liberals trying to assert that Bush is not a thinking man, but he just keeps coming across with one excellent idea after another. It starts to make the libs look a little foolish in criticizing it, I think....
