WGHI.Like I said.Look at the log today traded 5k I see at .04, and the price up 100%. 5k dirty shares=200$ and the price goes up 100%. This stock if it get's picked up by a news letter it will go to $1.00 IMO in no time. Just imagine if all the shares that traded on USXP were traded on WGHI how high the price would go?$10 per share?WGHI float 2,3 million, and outstanding of 3,5. i hope common sense tells you the lawsuits had to do with there business and mergers and aquistions that were killed due to parties destroying there stocks who were representing them and that the 389 million is amount that they will gladly take any dollar they can and was not done solely for tax issues only.. it is an option as a last resort and as a last resort it still represents huge profits.. do not let the stock price indicate to you that what you are reading is a gimmick and done,that is what everyone thought on friday after the first few days.. WHEN THE TENDER OFFER COMES PEOPLE WILL COME... but in being fair i looked at the last filings and when any new filings come into play there will be some huge adjustments..in saying that under new structure i have tax write offs down to .13 and .22 eps per a quarter on the 3 and 5 year plan due to there changes.. but they are still net income.... I OWN ZERO SHARES.......i flipped another 17 times yesterday
