I think those issues are relevant to issues of decency, honesty, kindness, etc. But I don't know what your sentence above means, literally, if you mean that those issues (seduction, dress, teasing) are "relevant to the integrity of the sexual relationship."

To the integrity of what sexual relationship? The one with someone other than the the 'teased' one? The one with the teased one?

Just asking for a clarification.
