MIKE, Thank you so much for posting Matt's fine summary and guide to the BEAS discussion. I've not read the individual posts again, but I've bookmarked his post intending to do so. I have followed the discussion here with much interest. Don and Judith have certainly done a wonderful job. When Judith contacted me, I advised her to keep it simple and let the board follow with discussion...which it has done in magnificent fashion. It's amazing that a HUNT suggestion formulated (with help from others of course) still goes on today over 18 months later. It's much more valuable than I envisioned at the time, and I wish there was more of it. Perhaps the work Judith and Don have done will lead to more of the same...with the all important discussion included. Chaz@recoverymode.com
