Seems to me that we're overcomplicating the question of sex between adults. I don't see why it's any different than any other transaction between people. The parties are supposed to operate with good will, mutual respect and consent and also not do damage to innocent bystanders. Call that decency, or ethics, or manners, or whatever, I don't care. How individuals in our society learn to do that, however, is another matter.
