Speed wise - yes.

Remember - the AThWiper was designed for full blown speed - power consumption be damned.

When the PaloMeatHead was "tweaked" to reduce power consumption, the speed went - predictably - down.

By the way - reports I have seen show the PaloMeatHead gate length at about 0.085 microns - already VERY NARROW - essentially where 0.13 micron process gated would be.
