Elmer, I think the proxy is a formality. These matters need to be taken care of at the AGM I believe, and it's a merely a "just in case". They have no intention of doing a PP, as we will be getting a shitload of cash from ASL, and probably a much larger check (or cheque, is that Canadian? <g>) than we thought before.
