Yeah right. And what was the reason for the unpredicted energy shortage to begin with? After 7.5 years of sanity in the energy market, all of an sudden without any warning. Why did it coincide with Cheney being picked, a tied presidential race and Bush taking power? Why did OPEC cut production in December? Why are they about to cut production again? Why did gouging stop the day Jeffords switched parties? Why is Bush announcing now his people have agreed to raise world oil prices again in conjunction with OPEC? Who owed who what for the Gulf War? Who wins? Who loses? Where does all the money go? Consider the timing. Consider the real agenda. Follow the money. Watch the coverup. Go back and list the many lies they told us. Make up all the excuses you want for this massive criminal behavior but in the end you'll come back to the same startling revelation. The biggest ripoff since the S+L debacle and the biggest transfer of wealth from the consumer and public surplus to one sector of the economy since the 70's. It's where your tax cuts are going. Into their pockets. Don't help them out with excuses or forgive them easily. Let's get refunds, justice, campaign finance reform and more honest politicians in office. Also let's please keep from polluting our planet more with old-fashioned fuel sources and technologies. That damage is irreparable.
