I do think there is a C (up), just not yet....sentiment seems too bullish for it, but the market is the final arbiter, and it is certainly close now.....

Looking for one more dip down....we'll see...good luck

Edit: I find it odd that GE and Softie would not strongly participate on a breakout day

As I Posted Before GSCO Spends More Than MER to Front Run Their Analysts.

Its not quite clear that have have spent what is required yet though.
