JRI My scenario is that this rally will end when the next bunch of warnings come out and I also think the USD could weaken more and foreign investors start to pull their money out. Maybe Greenspam will give us one more cut in the next month? That should be a self-reinforcing process to the downside once it gets going. My NASDAQ target for year end is 1000 (a nice 13% p.a. return since 1994). So let's see if Abby is nearer than me... :) Jan-Feb is 40 months since Summer 98 and I reckon the US/global recession will get serious by then... Just seems to me that all the TA and FA is lining up. BWDIK David
