Dolfan, if you insist: DSC, bought by Alcatel. At that time,
internet was not available (could have sold at $2 if there
was internet fanning of the BAD/GOOD news).

I don't get what caused the stock drop. Is there some major dilution from a convertible offering that is more than a secondary? Is a convertible offering a sign of extreme weakness or that the bankers are rejecting the request to amend the financing covenants? What's the reason LU falls 10% when they announce a convertible offering?
