Don, thanks for the discussion on SOX today. I am watching the strange timing of the Merrill Lynch upgrade of virtually the entire semiconductor sector this AM, combined with the AJC "tech has bottomed" statement mid day. Especially considering SOX fundamentals being so poor.

My cynical mind is telling me we may be witnessing a sort term manipulated false break on the SOX, which you have indicated many times, has been a bellweather/leader for the entire tech sector recently.

Could it be we are once again getting a false "buy"/breakout on SOX thru house manipulation as a perfect set up for a sell off into the upcoming major cycles?

It will be interesting to me to see how the ML/AJC effect plays out the next few days.

As always, thanks for your excellent TA work.
