pale in comparison, don't you think?

I'm not debating the seriousness of the crimes; rather, I'm considering the entire picture. In Clinton's case, you've got the leader of the free world sexually assaulting women, which clearly had horrible consequences for the nation as a whole.

Do I care about the BJ? Of course not. But the guy raped one other woman, made unwanted advances toward others, abused his power against a near-teenager, and sexually harrassed one other (Ms. Jones). This, from the guy in charge. It is not okay.

Only a very stupid person would suggest that these criminal behaviors from the President should be tolerated. He should have been impeached, if not for the acts, if for the two years of disruption it caused the nation. It is what happens when you get a guy with no scruples as president.

The only good news is that, because of his actions, we will be remembered as the absolute worst president of these times. There simply is not one single accomplishment of significance during the Clinton years that can be attributed to his leadership.

This mayor has nothing to do with anything. His involvement has no more political signficiance that if he was just a guy on the street. And for you to see it as having some political significance is reflective of a kind of shallowness of thought I simply cannot identify with.
