Well, the VIX seems to be confirming that this will go further. The chart doesn't show it yet, but we broke the DB and the BRL which is bullish for the market. I would feel much better if this was starting from a VIX reading in the mid 30s or if the HILO was reversing from the teens or twenties. So it seems pretty clear that we get a rally, but what happens after? Do we get a normal correction or more serious pain....I certainly don't know, but using the football analogy, "ok, so we've got the ball, we all have sprained muscles, it is a third down, our kicker broke his foot, the other team is big and healthy, and we only have 90yards to run to get the first down".
