I want what this guy is smoking, business gets worse in 2002 and now is the time to buy.

Tom, the movement in these stocks leaves me speachless (also with less money than I had yesterday). It would be time to buy if they were cheap, but they're not. Everyone is afraid of missing the bottom. They are only delaying the inevitable.

UBS Warburg's Director of Floor Operations made a comment on CNBC that I consider to be the quote of the day. While discussing why floor traders are suspicious of tech rallies, he said, "Many of these tulips are not going to re-bloom."
