Jacobs Letter to Shareholders No. 33 Dated: August 01, 2001 - ATTENTION – Fellow AremisSoft Shareholders As I’m sure you have, I’ve also read AremisSoft’s press release of July 31, 2001, and unfortunately, I am not in any better position to respond to their release than anyone else outside the company. The only information I have at the present time regarding AremisSoft’s situation is what the company put out late yesterday. I would be less than candid with you if I said I wasn’t concerned about the unknown. However, after everything I’ve seen and heard about AremisSoft prior to their announcement yesterday, I find it near impossible to believe there isn’t a business with a future within AremisSoft, particularly after looking back on all of the historical information and updates we’ve received from the company in the past several months. I know every AremisSoft shareholder wants answers now, just as I do. However, I don’t believe we have any other choice but to wait for the company to be responsive in answering all the outstanding questions to yesterday’s press release. Surely you must understand, I am in no better position to speculate as to the answers to the unknown questions, but as always, I will continue to be as candid and forthcoming as I can if I hear of any information that I believe would be beneficial to share with you. Again, I apologize and wish I could be more helpful, but I believe our only alternative is to wait to hear from AremisSoft. irwinljacobs.com
