per Jacob's statement,on AREM thread,it indicates Jacobs and his associate Pohland are about to lose a vast sum of money.
Implication is the con men behind AremiSoft,had no qualms about hustling BigBoyz as well as the everyday retailer.Max p.s. they,AREM,were evidently supplying Jacobs with phony receipts.

Jacobs seems to be behind some of the AREM techniques. As a large shareholder, he can only get out by filing papers...

I'm not positive, but I think you may be wrong on this. I think the bulk of Jacobs's position comes from a private option arrangement. If that expires out-the-money, I'm not sure he has to file.
