I've read the decision and having had some experience with the law I can not agree with you. I would not expect we would agree as you seem quite emotional over the issue. No more than I expect we would agree over the propriety of the "rationale" for Roe v. Wade. In any event, Bush v Gore is now decided and we all must abide it. I don't believe the USSC has "muddied" itself in the least, especially since the Court found 7-2 that the "recount" was unfair. JLA
