There is something to be said for marching to the tune of a different drummer too. That doesn't work for me either, however. I just don't like marching.

You are certainly entitled to go it alone. Just don't be surprised when the society around you doesn't appreciate your standard, the schools don't teach to your standard, and couples flaunt their lack of standards in front of your kids.
