OT I guess you're willing to be out of the market for 2 years or more -unless you like to short.... Actually, I love to short for very short-term trades. i will also go long on selected occasions, for trades only. I am just not buying anything as a long-term hold until valuations are reasonable. Reasonable to me is a PE (on what I believe forward earnings will be) less than it's growth rate, with a subjective adjustment for risk (the likelihood of its growth rate occurring). Jay
