I would be somewhat concerned about cost but more concerned about the attitude it communicates: that people aren't required to exercise common sense and that any time there's no warning label, any injury must not be your fault so you should sue. Aalso, people dumb enough to give their babies marbles might get a false feeling of security under which they get hurt when they assume that since there's no label it must be OK to use Mom's serving dolly as a skate board or the electric cable as a jump rope.
