Watch the lies and remember on election day who is was who picked your pocket and lied to you. You need to subpoena David Freeman, head of LADWP and the guy who is head of SMUD. They charged more on average than any out of state energy provider. .Shouldn't be too hard to find them, one is working for Gov. Davis and the other's right there in Sacramento.
