Your post reminds me of a commercial a few years back (few 5-10 years). It was an anti-drug ad where a young man was says, “I work hard to buy more cocaine so I will work harder to buy more coke to work harder, this would go on until he exploded. With this current logic, it is somewhat reversed. “We will spend less to earn more to spend more to earn less, to spend less. Until what, we implode to no cap spending to maximize our earning until we can not make more chips because we have no equipment, because there is no equips co. left to sell us something we don’t need to improve earnings.
