Davis's Mess

"The price to Gov. Gray Davis of his ethical blindness is beginning to add up," the Sacramento Bee says in an editorial. It notes that the ex-Gore aides the California governor hired to spin the electricity crisis--Mark Fabiani and Chris Lehane--this week "settled a conflict-of-interest suit brought against them, agreeing to leave state employment and not take any money for their work."

Sounds like you're buying those GOP sound bites hook, liner and sinker. "No energy policy"? Yeah right. Well if this is Bush-Cheney's idea of an energy policy we'd be better off without one. Just major league greed, lies and environmental plundering. Pigs at the troughs and they want to stay there. No comment about them stealing our tax cut?
