you don't chip away at the edges; you go after the big stuff inside. Art, I had mentioned that we need to work at environmental legislation within our own trading blocks (NAFTA), looks like the politicians are reading this thread. :) Personally, I think government at best can dictate the "vision," going beyond gentle persuasion (diplomacy) causes uncertainty in the markets. Backlash from the general population doesn't further anyone’s cause. Regards Frank P.
