Intriguing... I would have expected a push to start a round of short covering after the open. Early days yet.

Smelly opened weak relative to NDX but has at least clawed its way back to yesterday's high. Let's see if it blows thru. If it doesn't, then we'll be testing the gap.

So, we are into the gap. If we are going to backtest the big wedge breakout, it's around COMPX 2075.

Also, the Clowntronic 2000 reports this morning that we are down from 9 to 6 for the number of people not long tech s-t. -g

Factory orders report is out. It dropped 2.4% vs expected 1.3%. Now it really can't get any worse. -g
