WSTL has a telecom partnership is Mexico, that might be an area where WSTL could try a wired to wireless to wired broadband model outside the country.

correction, this part of the original post should read, I bet with the addition of the integration of wired DSL and fixed point wireless broadband, the build out of these three provinces in China, would have a significant additional yield of customers, versus going the DSL model alone, as Redback seems to have done in this case.
