Apparently you are an invincibly ignorant Bozo - the worst type of your spawn.

The economy was growing for well over a year before Clinton first disgraced office and at more than 4%. Bush inherited Clinton's stagnant economy and over Dem/dumb opposition has enacted a well-timed and well-conceived plan to get the economy growing again from the Clinton morass.
