My track record: My views are historically slanted to the pessimistic view. I tend to sell too soon. In 1998, I thought semi-equip stock prices would get a lot lower than they ever did. I had only started buying (200 contracts); if all my buy-prices had been reached, I would have gone into the upturn with over a thousand contracts. I retired in comfort at age 40, but I could have been filthy rich if I had been less pessimistic in 1998.
