My energy bills have been lower. I conserved and got a 20% credit. Of course that doesn't mean I am happy paying 13 cents per killowat hour when most of the country pays less, sometimes half. And then there is the small item of billions on bonds and the interest that we will pay with tax money. Is that the price we have to pay for living in CA, high energy costs due to inept government and their knowingly faulty de-regulation plans and subsequent ignorance of Economics 101? $103 billion dollar State budget!......wanna bet there's a shortfall?
