que seria,

I've never had a problem at CSFB and I've placed a lot of large orders. Sometimes have 4 or 5 orders at different prices open.

If your bullish the patch, it still makes sense to buy a growing company selling for 2-3 times cash flow and short PENG or KWK at 9.5 and 6 times cash flow. Both PENG and KWK are showing no growth in this current cycle.

Que Seria, I got the scoop from Schwab why I could short PENG via the internet.

Turns out PENG is not a marginable security, so if try to do it at Schwab over the net the automatic response is no.

I called up and talked to a rep who checked into it - yes I can short it but only on a cash basis. Seems like a slam dunk to me.
