Last year or two when I previously held a CIEN position, I posted a note on this thread that said CIEN worked on a "ON?OFF" switch. The stock was always either on a full "ON" position or a full "OFF" position. Today, it looks like its switching a little back and forth but its still either full "ON" or full "OFF". Deal with it. In the final analysis, its got a great business future and the reason I am back is because the odds for an "ON" are better than an "OFF" at this point in the natural market cycle.
