Mike, if it is any consolation - today is the first time in many days that AMAT has significantly outperformed NVLS since the open. It will be interesting to see if it holds.

Michael, this Slow Up-movement of AMAT is reminiscent of the first 13 trading days of AMAT in Jan 1997 when AMAT started from less than 36 to almost 50 --- a Big advance.

To the AMAT Bears I say --- Be careful, there is plenty of time to exercise your shorts at higher prices from here. In a Fast-Paced Tempo going Up, AMAT Drops about 10% each time that you can profitably play your game ... provided you correctly Guess approximately where the Catches are going to be.

The last Drop, 46.30 to 42, was a 9.29% Drop --- a great Departure from the 17, 20, 25 and even 30% Drops we've seen a few months ago.
