Bill confidence is coming many are still gun shy nor know what to buy or do yet. I think we shall see a nice rally developing in techs Yes Ebay is holding up well at 60 -- top leaders usually do it was the first stock out the gun.

Bill, noticed you mentioned AVCI recently. It caught my eye when I read the 8/15 Red Herring (p.73) and the valuation looks way low, but I can't help but wonder what I'm missing (and its thread is deserted). Care to share your thoughts on it?
