Face it, Don, there wouldn't be a reverse split even proposed if current racey management didn't have the votes to carry it. The USA representative, Rod Steel, from the glassy corner office down here in Portland, OR, didn't EVER utter that we US shareholders were emasculated from all the pleadings and votings et al.
