I LOVE it! We've heard so much about how this tax cut favors the rich because they get the greatest dollar and percentage benefits. Here's the other side. Know how to avoid a result like this? Use an inversely graduated income tax scale- -tax rates go up as income goes down. Then the poor get the most benefit when taxes are cut. Think the liberals will like that? The argument that the rich will get the most benefit is used against every tax cut. If you accept it, you never cut taxes.
